Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
- Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
- No return on discounted items
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees and customized items are non-returnable unless damaged.
Refund Process
- Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be made via original payment method or store credit.
Exchange
- Exchange is possible only if stock is available.
- Exchange allowed within 2 days of delivery.
- Customer must provide a clear video of unpacking the parcel as proof in case of damage or wrong product.
- Product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags.
- No Exchange on discounted items
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
