Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to provide high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • No return on discounted items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees and customized items are non-returnable unless damaged.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via original payment method or store credit.

Exchange

  • Exchange is possible only if stock is available.
  • Exchange allowed within 2 days of delivery.
  • Customer must provide a clear video of unpacking the parcel as proof in case of damage or wrong product.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags.
  • No Exchange on discounted items

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
